Overview

Everett Resources Ltd (the Company) is publicly held and listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (symbol TSX-V: EAR) Founded in 2006 the company is lead by an experienced management team with previous successes in the junior mining sector. The companies’ primary focus is the exploration and development of mineral properties in areas with stable geo-political climates.

Currently the company holds an option to acquire from Big Sky Uranium Inc. a 100% interest in 497 claims and 65 state leases, These claims and leases encompass an area of almost 10,000 acres of the Grants Mineral Belt in the San Juan basin of New Mexico. A large percentage of this land was previously owned by major uranium companies, including Exxon, Mobil, Getty, Conoco Phillips, and the Gulf Oil Company in the last uranium boom. This region produced 40% of US uranium production from 1956 to 1980.

A 3D model and study has been completed on over 200 previously drilled oil wells
25 radio active anomalies were found in the Morrison sand stone formation where uranium was found in the past. We believe that the ground could contain multiple uranium deposits similar to the 69 MILLION POUND deposit (historic data non 43-101 compliant) discovered by Phillips Petroleum in the Nose Rock area, and the 120 MILLION POUND ore deposit developed by Gulf Minerals at Mount Taylor.

The Grants Mineral Belt in the San Juan Basin Produced 230 MILLION POUNDS of uranium (more than any other district in the world). The uranium ore in the Grants Belt occurs in the Morrison sand stone formation It is believed that more than 239 MILLION POUNDS of uranium remain in the Grants Mineral Belt (this is the largest unmined uranium resource in the United Sates). The previous historical production from the Grants district was 52,250,000 tones of uranium ore at an average grade of 0.22% this equates to 40% of all the uranium produced in the continental U.S.

Everett Resources is currently seeking a Joint venture partner to assist with advancing the project toward production.

An independent technical report on the property was prepared for the company by Derrick Strickland, P.Geo, and Jeff McCleary, M.Sc. the Technical report has been filed with the securities commission and is available on the SEDAR database at www.sedar.com The technical report reviews the property, geology and mineralization and recommends a reverse circulation drill program to twin the historical drill hole with the highest levels of radioactivity.
