Property Delores Anticline

DELORES ANTICLINE HIGHLIGHTS

• Property consists of 932 claims covering 19,250 acres
• Southwest extension of the Lisbon Valley Anticline
• Denison Mine Corp’s White Mesa Mill approximately only 30 miles away
• Highly favorable area for uranium mineralization based on historical and records of past mine production
• Recent NI 43-101report indicates potential to host large uranium deposit
• Fifteen fully permitted holes, ready for Drilling

DELORES RECENT HISTORY
The Delores Anticline property comprises 932 claims in two claim blocks, the Summit Point group and the Box Canyon group. These two claim blocks have been permitted for a total of twenty one holes. Thirteen on the Summit point Claim block the other eight on the Box Canyon. In the fall of 2007, the previous operator, Atomic Minerals Limited, completed seven of thirteen planned drill holes on the Summit Point area of the Delores Anticline in south western Colorado. The seven holes were drilled in an area outlined by a radiometric (trac-etch) survey in 2006. The area is on the western flank of the Delores Anticline, which is the structural southern extension of the Lisbon Valley Anticline (previous production from Lisbon Valley 103 million pounds of 0.37% U3O8) in eastern Utah. A total of 12,688 feet (3,868.2 meters) of drilling was completed.

The drill holes were designed to explore the basal portion of the Triassic Mossback member of the Chinle Formation and the top of the Permian Cutler Formation. Six of the seven holes were successfully drilled through this favorable horizon and intersected trace amounts of U3O8. The favorable basal portion of the Mossback is composed of alternating siltstone sandstone and conglomerate that contains carbonaceous plant debris and pyrite which provides a reducing environment for the deposition of Uranium mineralization.

The holes were drilled on a generally north south line that cut across the general trend of the anticline. The six holes that penetrated this zone encountered favorable greenish gray reduced sediments with a slight increase in thickness of the Mossback member in the holes drilled in the southern portion of the transect. The onset of winter time conditions in the area, which is from 6000-8000 feet in elevation, has postponed the drilling program until better conditions return in the late spring-summer.

The holes in the southern portion of the transect (SP1, SP2, SP3) had zones of mineralization in the basal portion of the Mossback (SP1 - 2’ of 0.02 % eU3O8, SP2 -2’ of 0.01% eU3O8 and SP3 -2’ of 0.001% eU3O8). The other three holes which penetrated the Mossback had anomalies of 2X-3X background values. While ore grade mineralization was not encountered in the drill holes it is thought that holes 10, 11, 12, 13 at the south end of the transect will encounter a more favorable depositional environment for uranium.

There are eight permitted holes remaining on the Box Canyon area which is on the eastern flank of the Delores Anticline south of the Summit Point Canyon. The Box Canyon Drill Targets were identified by the same radiometric survey conducted in 2006. It is Everett’s intent to advance the exploration on both the Box Canyon project and Summit Point either through its own efforts or through Joint Ventures with like mined companies in the near future.
